Subroutine Function:
Mostly use for under water or such related to aquatic investigations. And just like a real Jellyfish this femme can and has the ability to send out a kind of virus that can paralyze or even kill any kind of bot with just a touch from her...sadly humans are included. Tho she managed to control this kind of ability so she can make contact with friends. Besides that her speed is not exactly as fast as you think but she CAN blend with the under water scenes making it difficult for enemys to spot her. She can go on-land for as long as she needs to tho the more she stays on land the more she dries up so its best she goes back into the water from time to time. Thus while on land her 'jelly like metal skin' is extremely vulnerable that one can easily tear it off. Thankfully shes even clever at most parts even during sticky situations so she easily find ways to avoid such.

Personality:
Forward, lovable, caring, sharp and motherly.Celia is the type that loves to crack jokes and make other people happy she mostly gets a long with every one..well almost every one.

Past:
Celia's parents was actually pure cybertronian long before they where fused with earths aquatic creature the jellyfish. They where one of the first autobots that came to earth..unlucky for them the first humans that found them where a bunch of scientist who perform illegal experimentation. Tricking them to believe that they can HELP them become more powerful to fend them selves from the decepticons..... so they where experimented on. Some how it was all a success.

Soon authorities arrive arresting the scientists... while there 2 experiment swam off. Since then the 2 lovers found them selves in a peaceful place in the ocean living there life happily with out having to worry about the decepticons or humans.
They gave birth to several little once of there own..ONE OF THEM of course is Celia..

now just like MOST teens Celia got curios as she swan to the shore lines of the beach... scaring the HECK out of some people that even the guards started shooting at her... her 'delicate skin' had nearly bin torn from all the bullets. She was able to take refuge IN a cave.. and easily found a young little girl who help her out of her wounds and help her out in getting through to other humans and more.

Since then she learn to communicate with other humans and even got her self a bond mate. XD
